One of the hardest parts of putting together an issue each month is coming up with something new and interesting for the cover. It is the first thing readers see and it should invite them to eagerly turn the page and see what is inside. Some issues have had truly inspired covers with great photographic quality highlighting the best in school music. Others, well they look like someone’s creative idea gone wrong or a last minute desperation pick.
