Harmonica Christmas Workshop

The Old Avoca Schoolhouse in Avoca, Nebraska will be streaming a “Harmonica Christmas Workshop” with David Seay on Tuesday, November 30, at 7 PM (CT), and Wednesday, December 1, at 10 AM (CT).

Most of the songs that will be worked on in this workshop are a bit more challenging than the ones in the “Beginner” workshop. Using a 10 hole C major diatonic harmonica this workshop will include songs in the keys of C major, G major, A minor, and F major.
Participants with shipping addresses in the United States will be mailed a copy of the Harmonica Christmas book which features traditional music notation, harmonica tablature, guitar chords, and lyrics for the first verse and chorus for each song. Songs included are “Joy To the World,” “Silent Night,” “Jingle Bells,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” “Up on the Housetop,” “We Three Kings,” “Jolly Old Saint Nicolas,” “The First Noel,” “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” “Oh Christmas Tree,” “Oh Come All Ye Faithful,” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”.

Pre-registration required. The fee for each workshop is $10.00.
