Gaubert Vivant
French flutist, Nicolas Duchamp has embarked on a world tour in which he shares the music of Philippe Gaubert and plays on Gaubert’s flute, built in 1874. “When I first saw the flute, it was in horrible condition. The case was completely broken. I went to a flute repair specialist and checked if it was real. We looked in the register and confirmed that it was legitimate.”
