The Creative Strings Workshop and Festival

The Creative Strings Workshop provides string players age 14 and up a week of immersive study and performance of improvisational music including jazz, rock, world music, and fiddle styles. Participants, including teen, college, and professional players and teachers, hone skills and perform live in small groups alongside world-class artists. Teacher Training: teachers can earn continuing credit certification as well as up to three graduate credits. Our faculty includes world class string players such as Christian Howes, Billy Contreras, Jason Anick, Alex Hargreaves, Robert Anderson, and many more. For more info:
